Walking.. A simple and easiest way of exercise everyday. I walk everyday.
When we talk about walking, we mostly link it with hours of walking like an athlet, or fancy shoes and uptodate costume, or jogging track or some space specially alloted for doing exercise.
But, the real thing is we need not have to focus on these attractive things but only on the ‘Action’ and its ‘Impact’.
Let’s understand the action of walking in detail. When we walk, whether in a garden, or on a road, or anywhere else, many thoughts come in our mind. When we walk with just an intention to gain happiness from it, the thoughts keep coming in our mind, we got Clarity in some, we can Accept some things for ourselves, a creative idea can come out in those moments, and we can feel the happiness by just being in the Presesnt.
The impact of this action is we feel Refreshed. And if we can walk in nature then its a cherry on the top. Those moments of silence gave us so much in such a simple way. Our energy got released in walking. When you focus on physical sensations, like your footsteps and breath, it allows your mind to relax from focused thinking and become more creative. Our mind and body synchronises which improves our power of decision making.
