Feel Good Moments

Last year was very important for me as I learned new aspects about the term ‘Leader’.

Before that an impression of the word Leader for me was more related with bossing, commanding, initiativeness, ordering, supervising and questioning.

But, after taking the training from the best ever coaches, I came to know that ‘A Leader’ word is related with Kindness, Humbleness, offering the Opportunities to others, Discussing and understanding all kind of subordinates with equality, pitching them to evolve their creativity, listening their ideas and openions without being judgemental, trusting them to handle the things which they have never tried before, making them learn from their own mistakes and the most important is Being a human first.

I realised that its not about showing your position with ‘being superior’ but ‘being their mentor’. The people will always remember how the person treated them and that will create an Image in their mind. That will impact their belief system.

As we all know, the experiences plays a major role in our Mind.

I think that, after realising all the things about leadership, I am on my path to become a ‘Leader’. Taking the smaller steps to improve each day, silently, and gradually.
