Recently, I had the opportunity to attend one-on-one sessions with two friends who are certified AI trainers. Coming from a non-technical background, I have always approached technology as a tool to meet basic needs rather than something to deeply explore.
However, this experience shifted my perspective.
When I first started using AI tools like ChatGPT, I struggled to generate the kind of outputs I had in mind—especially with image creation. The results often felt vague or misaligned with my expectations. During these sessions, I learned a simple yet powerful principle: the quality of output depends on the clarity and depth of your input. The more specific and detailed your instructions, the more accurate and meaningful the results.
This realization sparked an interesting connection for me.
As someone who has been learning about the Law of Attraction and manifestation, I couldn’t help but notice a striking similarity. Just like AI requires clear, detailed prompts to deliver desired outcomes, manifestation also emphasizes the importance of clarity, specificity, and intention. The universe, in a way, responds to the “inputs” we provide through our thoughts, beliefs, and visualizations.
This experience reinforced a valuable insight: whether it’s technology or personal growth, clarity is key.
Being precise about what we want—articulating it with intention and detail—can significantly influence the outcomes we receive.
Still learning, still exploring, and now, asking better questions.
Today’s metro journey gave me another little insight into something I have been learning for years: an unsettled mind can turn even a small situation into something much bigger.
Like every evening, I was travelling home by metro. It wasn’t extremely crowded, but all the seats were occupied and a few people were standing.
In the otherwise quiet metro, two women started arguing over a standing space reserved for bicycles. There was no bicycle at that moment, and initially, it seemed like such a small issue.
But over the next 5–6 minutes, the argument kept escalating. The voices got louder. The words became harsher. Eventually, there were angry gestures and unpleasant words from both sides.
A few women around them initially tried to calm them down, reminding them that everyone was tired and heading home after a long day, and that perhaps it was better to simply let the matter go. But neither seemed able to step away from the argument.
Finally, at one station, some of us called the metro staff on the platform for assistance. They came, intervened, and managed to stop the argument.
And as I continued my journey, one thought stayed with me: How easily can a simple situation become a big drama when our mind is already disturbed or overwhelmed.
The two women were obviously affected by the situation themselves. But for those few minutes, their emotional state also affected everyone around them.
Someone might have been tired and trying to rest. Someone might have been quietly travelling after a hectic day. Someone might have been lost in their own thoughts.
We often think that managing our emotions is only about our own peace. But it is also about the peace we carry into other people’s lives.
This is one of the reasons I believe taking care of our mental and emotional well-being is so important.
Not every situation needs a reaction. Not everything needs to be corrected. Not everything deserves our energy.
Sometimes, letting go of what is not in our control is not weakness. It is emotional maturity.
Interestingly, these are some of the thoughts I have explored through my first book Ishita too, including learning to let go, managing our thoughts and choosing where we direct our energy.
Because ultimately, working on ourselves doesn’t only help us feel better. It helps us become a little easier to be around too. 🌱
And perhaps that itself is one small way of creating more Feel Good Moments around us. 💙
I hoped that my first book would be published before Guru Purnima this year. Today, I am deeply grateful that this dream has come true.
Three years ago, after returning from a spiritually enriching journey on the day of Gurupaurnima to Girnar in July 2023, I wrote the first article of my life.
Looking back today, I realize that it wasn’t just my first article. It was the moment I discovered that I had a writer within me.
Ishita is written entirely in Marathi because I have always wanted ideas like self-awareness, manifestation and positive thinking to be available in our own language for Marathi readers. Balancing a full-time job while building this dream has been challenging, but every step has been worth it.
A word that many people are excited to learn about in order to achieve what they want in life.
I was equally excited about this word when I first started learning about the Law of Attraction and manifestation.
Today, after spending a few years exploring this concept deeply, I have realized that the world of manifestation is not easy to understand, at least not for me. It is a long journey of creating and living your dream life through awareness, consistency, and intentional action, along with many ups and downs along the way.
Over the years, I have met many people who know about manifestation, believe in it, and continuously learn and teach it through different mediums and in their own unique styles.
Recently, I was on a beautiful tour in Himachal Pradesh. The scenic beauty of the mountains, valleys, and snow left me speechless. During those days, I traveled a lot, observed a lot, and truly enjoyed being present in that place.
For 7 to 8 days, I was with a group of people with whom I laughed, discussed ideas, and experienced many new things together, from playing in the snow to adventure activities like river rafting and paragliding.
One day, while having breakfast and casually talking with a friend, I used the word “manifestation” in a discussion. I was surprised by his reaction to that single word.
Unexpectedly, we had a brief argument on the topic before letting it go.
His belief was: “Manifestation doesn’t work for me. It’s not for me.”
As a continuous learner, I felt an urge to explain that manifestation is happening all the time, 24/7, with every human being. The only difference is whether we think and act unconsciously or intentionally.
At the same time, I also understood that changing a strong belief requires the right approach, the right timing, and openness from the other person. So, I chose to stay quiet.
But one thought stayed with me: There must be thousands of people who either know very little about manifestation or have developed misconceptions about it because of their past experiences.
That conversation strengthened my decision to become a guide and coach in this area.
Sometimes, a simple discussion becomes a reminder of your bigger purpose.
And sometimes, life quietly puts you back on track.
Today is my Special day of the year
On this day, it’s not about ‘I’m one year older, but it’s about ‘I have GROWN by a whole year’.
Today, I am totally at peace, just observing my feelings and feeling Good vibes within.
I think, Birthdays can be used as a time for just analysing a whole past year. With no any agendas, no any ‘to do’ list, no any urge to do, but just giving full rest to your Mind and just enjoying the wishes, presents and greets just for Self.
Though I followed everyday routine and completed my duties of the day, I was little bit slower in thinking, I was smiling more than ususal, I was remembering & celebrating my own achievements for Myself❤️
It’s not about dramatic gifts or parties for me, but just some warm simple wishes from the loved ones and celebrating what I am BECOMING. 😇
We always talk about the Ideal day or Ideal life. The secret to have the ideal one is making each moment Special, productive and memorable.
This is very simple and powerful. Focusing on current moment and just being fully Present in it.
This is how usually my sunday mornings or evenings are spent. Some quiet moments with nature, walking, or just seating quietly without any pressure of taking decisions or weekely planning. Letting the thoughts flow as they want.
In those quiet moments, Some unncessary thoughts get released, some happy moments come on surface to make me Feel proud about myself. I just get amazed how just being with nature for some time can give you such a quality peace within.
Listening to some good music while walking is one of my favourite therapy during this time.
Having such a place nearby is the Best thing for which I am Grateful for💚
Just like we eat food daily to make our body healthy, we need to nurture our Mind with good thoughts to have a healthier mind.
Our THOUGHTS are Food for our Mind. The happier and inspiring thoughts will make us peaceful within.
Just like we Think 100 times before buying and consuming food for its impact on our body, we NEED to be choosee about our THOUGHTS because it creates an IMPACT on our whole life.
So, being with positive people is the important, avoiding gossiping is important, Appreciating others is important, Gratefulness is important, Surrounding yourself with inspiring quotes is important and so on.
These smallest but underestimated Habits can change your life 360 degrees. ✨️
This is the exact story of the Beginning where it all has started and still going
Many entrepreneours can relate with this
I think its all about the MINDSET
I remember approx 2 years back, I was feeling very desperate, I didn’t knew for what exactly it was, but was feeling it continuousely for many days. Like the energy in me was telling me to ‘DO SOMETHING’. But, I was not aware of my inner wish that time. I was just thinking about what does that feeling exactly means.
Then, after some days, I was normal again but, I have started taking SOMETHING very seriousely. Now, when I look back, I realised that those strong feelings were my intuitions for doing this work along with my 9 to 5 professional career.
And I was feeling normal again when unnkowingly I stated my journey of becoming an Entrepreneur. Something that I love, something that makes me excited, something that I pour my heart into, something that will make others happy, something that will create an IMPACT.
Being a continuous learner, my Mindset has changed and I learned to be in Growth mindset. To become little expansive than previous self version.
I saw this image today and it cliked in my head. This image is saying that, you have to be that much hungry about your dreams that you need to do whatever it takes to make your dream come true. The starting point always feels difficult. But the same memories will be there with you for the lifetime.
Yes. I am crazy about my Passion Yes. I said No to some events and meets Yes. I avoided gossiping Yes. I got angry when I heard unnecessary comparisons Yes. I didn’t participate in some conversations Yes. I kept Silent in some situations Yes. I did’t gave responses to some sharings
But, these smallest and underestimated Habits made me who I am Today.
Instead, I was giving that TIME
To work on myself for finding what matters To learn and grow as a Human being To gain confidence about myself To Know my own capabilities To be with like minded supportive people To have that courage for taking the first step To come out of my comfort zone..
During this Journey, I was not alone. It was feeling like the whole Universe is supporting me. Some incidences were not coincidences. Some insults made me Stronger. Some silences saved my energy. Gossiping made me realise my Uniqueness.
Dedicating some time daily is not easy, but the fire in the heart for doing something was so high that I learned to manage it.
Today, I am very grateful for all the qualities in me. When I get complements for my writings and other creative work, the struggle pays off. I feel motivated and Happy within.
Because, everything I am doing for FEEL GOOD MOMENTS for creating a Happier version of myself and the people. ☺️
No office चं काम. आणि No any commitments.
Advanced worshop Chennai
Educational solo tour.
पहिल्यांदाच out of state प्रवास एकटीने करत होते त्यामुळे Excitement सोबत मनात थोडीशी काळजीही होती.
I really got amazed by todays realisation. We do some routine things everyday. But we notice certain things only when we are fully aware. Or may be when we are meant to be.
Today morning, I was travelling by metro. I was standing beside the door. There was a silence in the metro and in that silence, I was lost in my thoughts watching outside the metro from the window and feeling peaceful from within.
After some moments, I could see the metro track had a slight left turn and as the metro reached on that turn, the silence was broken by the little but noticable scratching voice due to the friction between the wheels and the track.
It was just for few seconds; then stopped as the metro track came to the straight line again. But, something got stricked in my mind.
The first thing I realise that, I travel the same route almost everyday, yet I notice this voice today for the first time.
Then I asked myself
Why today? What I did different today?
And the facts I found are
* THE SILENCE
My headphones were off and I wasn’t listening to anything at that moment.
* SURROUNDINGS
There was no other voice in the train at that time. There was a complete SILENCE
And the deeper one is
* AWARENESS
I had already noticed that turn before coming to that point, I saw it, I was thinking about it, the turning view was looking amazing
The conclusion is
When we become aware and give our focused attention to anything, we get more clear and detailed picture in front of us. We can see the real beauty, with a better understanding. The see the things which we don’t see other times.
I think the same things are essential while
1. Taking any decisions,
2. Coming to any conclusions or judgementa about anyone
3. Our thinking patterns.
If we we do any of the above things with a chaotic mind, there are more chances for the wrong decision, wrong conclusions and negative thinking patterns.
In these cases, Without being desperate, we must take some time ti think, to get clarity about anything.
The second thing is, I found a connection in this case and our Life.
When a metro was navigating to the different direction, the path ahead was changing to reach the destination, it scratched. There was – a pain, a not so regular thing. And the metro yet continued to complete that turn successfully without stopping or quitting.
Are you getting something?
This case is similar like our Life Path. While reaching to our desired place, a goal, we need to face some scratches, some pain, some difficulties. This makes us even more stronger than before, a better person.
And when we complete this phase with full courage and confidence, we can achieve our goal easily and can feel the happiness within.
